Course Description

Meditation is an amazing journey inside yourself! Make the commitment to value yourself with your time and attention in this six-week course in awareness meditation. I know that life gets messy; this course is set up to keep you moving forward, making time for your self every day.

Research shows that 10 minutes a day of regular meditation practice can shift your mental and physical functioning to a more balanced state. This course is a deep-dive, designed to deepen your experience and expand your self-awareness.

You’ll learn to:

Build a strong foundation with posture, place and time

  • Create an inner sanctuary
  • Let go of negative emotions
  • Make a commitment to continue your practice
