Be the calm in the chaos! The Relax and Breathe 7-Day Meditation challenge includes audio training for 7 consecutive days of relaxation and mindfulness. Personally guided by me, Pompe Strater-Vidal, during this weeklong challenge you will learn techniques to:

  • Quiet your mind by slipping into the space between your thoughts
  • Relax your body by simply following your breath
  • Make 10 minutes of meditation part of your daily routine

This challenge is perfect to jumpstart both a new or established meditation practice with 7 days of guidance.
