Course description

Each recording focuses one of three key elements of empowerment:

Right Action. Right action is being in the world with an open heart and mind. It’s the antidote to autopilot (making choices based on the past).

Honesty. Veracity is a big word with a simple meaning, being real. Honesty is being true to your self, instead of your image.

Courage. Moving through fear takes courage, a leap of faith. When we’re stuck, fear is in the mix, filling us with doubt and confusion.
