Course Description

My Heart and Mind series is about the fusion of awareness with loving kindness. Special attention is paid in this series to developing a neutral observer, a silent witness that watches your thoughts and emotions come and go. 

Loving kindness is the balm that soothes your soul, and heals the wounds of your Inner Critic.  Awareness is the clarity that lights your way. Both are qualities of an open mind and open heart, living in the grace of the present moment.

My Heart and Mind Meditation Training is a series of three consecutive videos. Each 20-minute video includes a welcome, guided meditation instructions, a 10-minute meditation, and my closing thoughts.
