Course description

A guided practice of deep relaxation designed to support you in releasing tension and clearing the energy of your body, mind and spirit. It’s important to balance the two branches of our autonomic nervous system, the sympathetic “fight or flight and the parasympathetic “rest and digest.”


When we experience anxiety, it’s often because we’re stuck in the sympathetic response of “fight or flight” and the resulting patterns of tension in our body. This practice will help gently dissolve tension and release stress, while focusing on your breath, and the sensations of your body.
